Again there could be a delay on ustream, it's not totally realtime as there are a lot of factors going into the mix. It's not our end, but hey, ITS FREE.

I dont think thats a bug. Email address is part of the user verification process, changing your email should probably be handled by mods unless I'm mistaken. Either way I wont have time to do much for about a week or so.

You dont have to leave a +1 or a -1, if the seller requests you to leave positive feedback, tell him why you are not. and if you have further issues with the item that was purchased you should contact the seller anyway.
