My first completed gameboy complete with 1/8TH in prosound, yellow v3 kitsch backlight, and ltc pitch module big_smile.

Id like to thank the following people for helping me with the ltc pitch module:
*Apeshit
*12ianma
*dsv101 (kind of haha)
*Alley Beach
*Justinthursday

Your all awesome in my mind haha

The thread topic where i got help is here:

(Just in case anyone else has problems with it)

thats on the original and large 74hc04 chips though. I want the tutorial for the SOT-23

haha no i was talkin about a guide with the switch

Is there a guide or something on how to install it?

hey could you install a switch on this in order to be able to switch from inverted to normal? If so is there an example of how this could be applied?

haha yah its alot easier to work with with them there big_smile

I used this guide for the backlight:

Haha I feel stupid, it was just the batteries being too old i just needed to put in new ones big_smile

thanks

but i want the backlight in there tho. Is there any other thing I could do about this?

My gameboy has been recently having contrast problems and i was wondering what I could do to fix this.

                                                    PICTURES

Pitch mod off with contrast all the way down

Pitch mod on the fastest setting with contrast all the way down

Close up picture of screen with contrast all the way down (and pitch mod off)

insides of back board

insides of front board

Great! Thank you

Haha thanks everyone the pitch mod works now smile  I just have one more question and that question is where i could put the potentiometer in the casing without getting rid of the speaker.

so should I cut the trace and if so where is it? Is there a tutorial or something I could use?

but the wave like pulse is on no matter where I turn the potentiometer
