Used lsdj cart selling for as much as a new BleepBloop cart, when you could buy that exact same cart new from Matt (kitsch) for 40$ smile

Answer? I mean if the SNES is a sample driven machine wouldn't MIDI be out of the question/useless without something to generate sound?

Lollollol haha thank you mods for changing my thread title tongue

What I want:
A DMG (preferably Yellow, but could be grey or whatever's available PIL wise)
-PitchShift mod
-1/4 Prosound Mod
-Backlight
-PS/2 Jack
-Low Power Indicator
-Underclock (switchable)

Will throw in 30$ for (optional so don't sweat it)

-MIDI Functionality

What I'm willing to give for it as payment:
-PowerMac G4
-PS2 with all cords
-A RCA-1/8 Prosound modded backlight red PIL (screen flickers when hooked up to RCA Prosound)
-Boss MZ2 Distortion Pedal
-2 Grey DMGs

Bump/bump/bump/bump

I had this problem: it's due to you trying to record a stereo output with a mono output:
What I did: panned everything that was going to the right, to the right in LSDJ and and erased the left pan then recorded it, restarted my DMG without saving the song and panned everything that was pan left, to the right in lsdj and erased everything panned right then recorded it and merged the two tracks after some noise editing!

Time to go to work big_smile

Ok so I'm looking to TRADE(capitalized for emphasis):
-A Red PiL DMG with Blue Backlight, RCA Prosound and 1/8 prosound in Awseom condition! The only problem is that when using the RCA prosound the screen is a little glitchy (no idea why)
-Two Grey DMGs with no mods (one has a retro screen cover/sticker thing that's hard to explain)
-A Slim PS2 with all the cords and once controller
-A few clear cart cases
-Boss MZ2 Distortion Pedal
-A "177 in one" overseas GB cart

I'm really looking to get rid of all of this at once but if I have to then I will price it out for trades if they are worth it.

Here's what I'm REALLY looking for:
A DMG (preferably PIL but doesn't have to be) 1/4 or 1/8 prosound modded, backlight, pitchbended OR Variable Clock modded, with a ps-2 socket (optional) (I know it's a lot but it would fit my needs well.)
DMG To DMG link cable (need one)

Here's some stuff I might be willing to trade some things for:
Two channel DJ style mixer with crossfader
Gameboys With Mods
Atari with Cynthcart and controllers
MPC style sampler (I have an MPC 500 but could do with another, would throw in cash)
Commodore with MSSIAH or Cynthcart
Other music stufff

Email me at [email protected] or PM me with offer
Thanks

Edit: if you want pics email me!

I was only part of 8bc slightly before it started to die, but immediately after joinin I could feel it fade away from me. Honestly at first I sort of resented cm.o because my initial post was greeted with hate, and surprisingly on 8bc it was not.
But as time went on I could see why chipmusic was a better place for me. Especially after one of the last thread where Jaberhonky, one hell of a faggit, started shit with alot of members over his own wrongdoings. (btw if he ever joins I will leave this site, he is a worthless piece of shit) but all in all I loved 8bc so much... Honestly I hope Jose gets his shit together and fixes it, maybe it will come back alive one day. I see 8bc as the MySpace of the chiptune world, only to be exceeded by chipmusic.org which is the Facebook equivalent. Many of the concepts of 8bc are here, and they are good concepts but thankfully all of the bad concepts are gone as well.
I hope chipmusic can take the kind of shit 8bc took and not end up like it.
I guess this is my home now...

And about buying the damn site:
We had a thread going about trying to buy it as a group of individuals and run it ourselves but to know avail as Jose would not respond to 2xAA or something along those lines.
But if anyone gets the guy to answer and give us a price, I will give my undivided time and effort to help purchase the site. No doubt.

And as for my specific nostalgia of the site:
I loved the h8r troll, he was funny as fuck
Zazi's posts always made me laugh
My 48hr challenge with Solarbear was hilarious, I got my ass kicked but it was a good time.
I got a kick out of the "Glow in the dark GB Colour" thread that Jaberhonky defended and acted like a drama queen.
Almost got 8bc Secret Santa off the ground tongue

Good times for me as well.
Well.....
Goodbye 8bc,
Love,

as far as i can tell, you want to recreate the intro of that one skrillex song what with the "waaa-aa-aah hurr durr" and all that, right?

Absolutely not!
Haha I have my own vocal track, and skrillex is absolutely repulsive
But it would be nice to have some tips/pointers ect as I've never done this before!
