I opened a dispute, because I don't really like being fucked around with.

@tempsoundsolutions: yes, it's been "only a few weeks so far" but this is not the way a seller should work. I've bought from kitsch, and I haven't chosen him this time just because I thought that, being djtransformer in Europe, the times should've been much shorter, but it seems clear that I've made a wrong call.
From now on I will only be buying from trusted people, it was my mistake not gathering info about this guy.

I hate being forced to do this, but enough is enough.
I bought (and immediately paid for) a EMS 64m cart on 13th February.
This is the first and last status update:

2013-02-13 21:07:45    Payment accepted

After a couple of days with no sign of activity I wrote him on Facebook (19th February he answered me that he would have processed my order ASAP).

After that I wrote him both on FB, by email, by Google Checkout, by the order comments module.

I've had no answer and, needless to say, my money nor what I paid for.

If the site used Paypal I could have gotten my money back, but since it's Google Checkout I don't think I can.

What can I do now?

tl;dr djtransformer got my money and I didn't get my stuff, avoid him

For the love of god, download this beautiful album and listen to it ALL DAY LONG.
This is simply stunning.

It's probably the only choice, and the wisest.

I've got a SmartBoy 32M card I'd be glad being able to program (it still has LSDJ v. 3.9.something XD)

Because no one's good at something from the beginning. Every time you hear a song that makes you go "HOLY SHIT" be it chipmusic or otherwise, or a painting that totally amazes you or whatever, the person who made that didn't wake up and just do it. It's not their first painting. It's not their tenth song. They've done it hundreds and hundreds of times and they spent most of that time sucking.

That's why "My first LSDJ" posts are always so ignored. If it's your first time doing anything, it's probably going to suck. That's not a criticism of the person who's first time it is, it's just a fact of nature. You can't get good without being bad first. It's causality.

That's a nice way of putting it, my good sir. Now I feel a little better already big_smile
I'm speaking for myself now, but my fear is that I'll never become good at writing with LSDj, no matter how hard I try.
But that happens a lot to me, actually. Just trying to force myself over the fence, going beyond what causes hustle, overcome limits and try to do something that I like, and that other people might like.

But in the end it's just some sort of fight between you and yourself. Should you fight and reach the point where from then on you'll be better or stop just when it's becoming too hard?

Sucking at something is the first step to being sort of good at something

Hah, and why is that? big_smile
Maybe cause it gives you more motivation to improve?

I've got a similar problem: I've stopped writing on LSDJ for some months, and now I'm writing again.
Only that what I write tend to sound like crap, to me at least hmm
But I think that in the end what you should do is write just for yourself, when you feel like it, and you probably will find more enjoyment in it. This works for me, at least smile

Hi everybody! I'm a new Caanoo user, I've been a mediocre at best LSDJ user, and now that I got a Caanoo I'd like to use LGPT but it seems I'm a poor idiot because I don't understand how the keys work, how to load a sample and the likes. I've searched for a guide, but there's nothing specific for the Caanoo, and I'm not even sure I have the latest version... Could you please help me? I'd be very grateful!
