Nevermind, I figured it out. Let this be a reference for people who have this problem.... if there isnt already.

Ok so in the far left hand side of gbcflsh there is a list that goes like this

port
mbc
flash
ram

my "ram" selection was at 8kb..... Its supposed to be set at 128kb. Just use the drop down menu then select 128kb. And when you read ram of your cart then you will be able to use it in virtualboy.

I have gbcflsh for my mac, and I flashed my ram onto my comp. I opened a virtualmachine to try and use the .sav file and it will not open! Anybody have these same problems? Also ive tried to open .sav files with virtualboy for osx, but there is not an option for that

Bump, what if I dont want a switch? I know there is a tutorial on 8bc, bit its currently down. I would just wire the resistor to the 5v right?

Total noob when it comes to modding buttons. How did you get the leds into the buttons? And is the power source the 5V?

I use line in on my mac, it works just fine for me, but I also have an m-audio pro usb interface, that shit bringz it to a whole nother level!

I was doing some busking in Frankfurt, Germany, and alot of people would stop and watch, then get on with their day. A few of them would ask questions, but I dont know german so I couldnt answer them.

I absolutely agree. I have never had to deal with the battery issues (yet), but ive experienced a hassle to try and flash roms on them with my mac. Leading to the problem with the driver issues. Im not very fond of using virtual machines to emulate a more suitable os for the ems flashing software either. There should be a cart that works on all os's without fail.
