It's coming. For now you can add /music at the end of someone's profile url and stay a little longer. big_smile

Here's the deal:

With the exception of Jose, the entire former 8bc dev team is now part of the dev/admin team here.  Things at 8bc were not handled in a manner that was considered acceptable to said devs/admins and thus, this site/forum was born as a direct result of that group deliberately distancing themselves from 8bc.  So when 8bc gets wonky for whatever reason, it's kind of like a slap in the face for this stable site to have to act as the temporary Mouth of the Collective while things get sorted there.

I encourage all of you who are here simply because 8bc is offline to upload a song or two, listen to a song or 2 and comment on a song or 2.  Sure, the list of music uploads isn't on the main page but it's merely one click away.

Coaxially yours,
Daddy Dummy

I don't think it is possible.

Yes, I think the same. thanks!!!, maybe find out more about PSP programming.

My idea is to have a single directory of samples for LGPT and RHYTHM

OK, this code <SAMPLELIB value="root:"/> is the best you can get and it will only take you as far out as where the eboot is located, not further.  So if the RHYTHM directory is somewhere outside of the folder piggy is in, you won't be able to do it.

Could you put both programs in the same folder?

Grrrrreat work everyone! the 1-3 voting system made it REALLY hard for me. If it were instead 1-5, it would have allowed me to express and distinguish my preferences more accurately.

Well, just be glad I butted in and talked sm0hm into this rubric: his initial plan was to simply have everyone vote for their favorite track!!!!

1-3 was Jordan's idea and I love it.  Sure, it doesn't let you really really highlight your own personal number one omg I love it track, but with 22 people voting it'll definitely float the "winners" to the top.  I think.

Now I'll STFU and finally go listen to all your tracks.  22!!!!!!

Good times in Rochester, yet again.  The openers were so gentle, they were the perfect warmup for the tight set THE J. Arthur Keenes BAND dropped on us.  Had to sneak out during the first song of the Future Band's set cuz it was wayyy past my curfew.

Ch ch ch ch changes.

I don't make or enforce the rules.  I just work here.  You can try sending to smohm and wait to see what happens!

Personally, these things aren't big competitions but rather fun challenges that yield great collections of songs so a few hours late to get another track seems reasonable to me.

with my lack of dingoo and japanese keyboard layout (only one control key), I wasn't able to use piggy on my mac and thus unable to finish my track sad

Funny, bleo, that's where I go to find my biggest inspiration.

Been finished for a few days now. I've never rendered a track using the config.xml so I gotta try to figure that out.

Don't fuck w/ config.

http://wiki.littlegptracker.com/doku.ph … #rendering

If you're doing a PC render, just create a shortcut for the .exe and slap this on at the end of the target like so:

C:\L-TRON_SHIZNIT\W32\bin\lgpt.exe -RENDER=FILE

Then any time you wanna do a fast render, you just open piggy like that instead.

Also, if you're track is a live mode banger, it should read -RENDER=FILERT for a real time render.  I have 2 shortcuts created.  The render will appear in the project folder as mixdown.wav as soon as you exit the program or song.
