I'm beginning to wonder if everyone is having this problem and it isn't just me. But I've noticed that no new music has been uploaded for the past two days. Yet nobody seems to know that there is a huge problem. I've been trying to upload my newest song for over a day now and every single attempt brings me to a white screen that says "An Error Has Occurred. Please Try Again Later." So I do. Again and again and again. I've tried two different Internet Browsers each on two different computers trying to upload this file and I keep seeing the same screen. When will this problem be fixed?

To me it appears like priorities 1 + 2 for you are just the other way around.

Was that a South Park reference?

YES AND THIS HAS ALREADY BEEN ANSWERED HERE AND HERE AND ALSO WRITING ALL CAPS MAKES IT LOOK LIKE YOU'RE SCREAMING EVEN IF YOU'RE QUOTING SOMEONE!

Lol! XD Yeah, sorry about that!

Man, I should really search the forums more before I post in case someone else has already asked what I'm asking...

Here's a good backlight (I installed one in my pocket, it looks great)

Here's a good tutorial

You'll also need a Tri-wing screwdriver and a small phillips head screwdriver if you don't have them.

Cool, thanks a lot! I've already got the screwdrivers, so it's time to backlight these b*tches. XD

Someone let me know if this is wrong, but this is my theory on how a song is rated on ChipMusic.org:
(I apologize in advance for the all-caps thing, this was already written elsewhere.)

A SONG'S RATING IS CALCULATED USING THE NUMBER OF REPLIES IT HAS GOTTEN AND IT'S CURRENT VIEW COUNT. IF A SONG GETS ONE REPLY PER FIVE OR SO VIEWS, IT IS DOING FREAKING WELL. BUT IF IT ONLY GETS ONE REPLY PERIOD, AND THE VIEW COUNT CONTINUES TO RISE, THEN ITS RATING GOES DOWN BECAUSE IT DOESN'T HAVE SO MANY REPLIES PER NUMBER OF VIEWS ANYMORE. SO IF A SONG IS BRAND NEW (IT ONLY HAS A FEW VIEWS) AND IT GETS ONE REPLY, IT AUTOMATICALLY GETS A FIVE STAR RATING. THAT RATING WILL LOWER IF IT CONTINUES TO GET VIEWS AND DOES NOT CONTINUE TO GET REPLIES.

IN OTHER WORDS, UPLOADING A SONG AND RECEIVING A REPLY VERY SOON AFTER WILL GIVE IT FIVE STARS, YET THAT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING. IT STILL HAS A LOT OF VIEWS + REPLIES TO GET BEFORE IT CAN BE CONSIDERED AN IMPRESSIVE FEAT. I ONCE TOLD A FRIEND "I UPLOADED MY FIRST CHIPTUNE AND IT INSTANTLY GOT A REPLY AND A FIVE STAR RATING." WELL NOW I KNOW THAT THAT DOESN'T MEAN SH*T.

So what do I use as a backlight? Should I get about 4 LEDs or something? If so, where would I solder them? I'm completely new to this.

When I see "backlit Game Boy Pocket," is it referring to the Game Boy Lite or was the backlight installed in a regular GBP? If it's the second one, I really gotta get in on this. Three Game Boy Pockets are in my possession and not a single one is backlit. How do I do that?

Yeah, maybe so. I'm made of problems with music theory. LOL! I want a kind of C64 sounding arpegg- ...WHOA, IDEA! I'll use a C64 tracker!

Yeah, but I've been doing that the entire time. Let me put it this way: I can't make a good sounding arpeggio on an instrument. So I got lazy and decided I just wanted to download one somebody else had already made.

I've searched with Google to find premade Famitracker instruments and can't find anything. Does anyone know where I can get some FamiTracker instruments that are already made and ready for download? It would be really cool if I could find some instrument packs in compressed folders or something.
