sometimes i literally can't comprehend the goodness that comes out of inpuj...it hits me hard and i just feel so lucky to be in a world where this kind of music exists. i am posting this because on the rare occasion that someone is here who hasn't at least heard of inpuj i want the honor of directing them there

I just deleted a super unnecessarily long post, but I don't think many people ITT understand what this program is used for and how it's very rad
is it rad in the context of chip music thoooo? i'm legit asking

i see what you're saying but how does this relate to chip music? this seems more related to game design, no?

sorry that wasn't very polite of me- i meant "fuck this shit" in the context of the prospect of this being at all useful for chip musicians...i for one am not interested in listening to some collage of canned musical phrases. maybe this has a place among game designers, but even then i question the merit of any sort of automated music program. that's just my opinion though...

decided to take a brief excursion from my usual r&b fare and make an acoustic folksy lgpt track : )
my friend shraz and i were hanging out in his apt when we decided to start recording sounds of his guitar, jars, books, etc.; we ended up with 13 minutes of sound. this 2.5min track i made with piggy was constructed entirely of samples i made from those 13 minutes : )
what do you think? have you made any acoustic tracker music? ever made music using random sounds from around the house?
props to my man shraz, he also took this picture somewhere here in jerusalem, our city
