Any plans to ever offer gbas with backlight and shoulders mapped to start select mods?

I don't think Kitsch does much modding these days. I do have frontlit Game Boy Advances on my shop and could do that mod for you.

very happy to be carrying Thursday Customs modded consoles wink

I fucking love the Dark Grey Boy...too bad money forces me to customise my own stuff.

Thanks! Me too. I'll probably be making another one very similar for my own use.

Damm, i really have to focus not to buy it now.

@EDIT:
Fck it, i hope you don't spent that money on drugs.

MY money sir! wink Thursday Customs boy! The money will be spent on beer, PCBs and parts.

They are the old hand cast Kitsch buttons so probably a color that is no longer available.

One of my favorites.

really odd promo item.  toys r us makes sense, hilfiger less so, the aussie cgb is a cool thing, this i don't understand.  i think someone there wanted a lot of gameboys and worked it out this way with them being swag at a convention, workplace retreat, for upper management's kids during such an event, etc...

if i were at a convention and every single table wanted you to take home swag, just anything with their name on it, these would do the trick back in the day.  who wants to go get the obligatory trip-gift for the kids when you're drinking all the time/whatever on a business trip anyways.  just take home the gameboy.  genius.

I LOLed but you make a very good argument smile

That looks pretty nice actually.
I have this one that I haven't been able to find a single bit of evidence on:

Hex Switch V1.1:

This module will invert the polarization of the Original Game Boy(DMG) and Game Boy Pocket(MGB) with the flip of a switch.
Check it out!

ok that's really cool. Excellent for backlight users who don't want to disassemble and rotate polarizing film if they change their mind.

Thanks man! It's a good option for daylight and darkness too. Normal looks great in full light while inverted gives you better contrast in the dark.
