Quick question Kitsch, can the RGBva be used to control the RGBss? Or is on/off switches the only way?

I believe that will work. You just have to remove the resistors from the VA board and bridge the pads with some solder. I've been meaning to test this actually. It would definitely work for just the RGBss but I'm not sure how the brightness will react for both the RGBss and the RGB backlight together.

Seems like everyone is making time signatures in LSDj really complicated. For 3/4 you would just put an H command on row C in every phrase. This cuts out the last 1/4 note. You can do this kind of thing for any time signature.

I've added a new order option.
You can add a backlit DMG to your cart:
http://thursdaycustoms.bigcartel.com/pr … o-game-boy

Then you can add a "Custom mod" to your cart:
http://thursdaycustoms.bigcartel.com/ca … ustom-mods

Choose the option "Installed" on any kit and it will be installed in the backlight DMG that you chose.
All you need to do is enter the backlight color and polarization(normal or inverted) you would in the comments box on PayPal when ordering.

If you would like more mods than this you will need to e-mail me at [email protected] and I will work up a quote for you!

Hey guys. I've added 250K pots with an audio taper. This give you a much smoother transition for pitch kits compared to a linear taper.
Also have some simple sub-mini on/on switches.

Both of these are perfect for my Variable Clocks.

Check it!

also, i've only got THREE of the acekards left: http://store.kitsch-bent.com/product/utilities

So from what I've read this is a drag and drop cart for the DSi?

Are you saying shipping costs more with this?

Yeah, I'm interested in seeing the new versions of the clock modifier kits.

Variable isn't a big deal for me, but double and half I'm quite keen on. I got a couple of the half-speed crystals, but I'm just going to use those to experiment and maybe put in some DMGs for friends.

Kitsch's half speed Easy_CLK http://store.kitsch-bent.com/product/easy_clk is incredible. You can click it back and forth for awhile before it crashes. I have it installed in my Kitsch case and I run Music Tech(play a Game Boy like a keyboard using the buttons) so I can change octaves on the fly. Works so well!

Of course it can be done; I guess I meant if I could do it. Thinking about making some good/better music first. Although I will probably mod my DMG once Kitsch and/or Justin get the rest of their clock kits out (nudge nudge big_smile).

Which one did you want? I have the V1 in stock now. The V2 will be out in about a week. V3 is a ways off, It might actually not be very practical so I'm not sure yet..

Well I've replace my caps and not noticed as much of a difference. Maybe it's the double cap thing he did?

I just ordered another one of these. Gonna make something really cool smile

You can still wire it pre-pot. You install the board same as the stock board and then you hook up 2 wires for left and right to the volume pot either pre-pot or post-pot.

Duhhhhrrr, I asked a stupid question.

For some reason I was sitting here thinking that the pro-sound was carried through the four wires you desolder to reconnect to the daughter board, when I know they aren't—those are L, R, GND, and the switch for the headphone jack, right?

I've seen his clean installs of these before and know you add leads to the new line-out jack from the volume pot connections. I don't know why I thought otherwise.

Haha it happens man.
I've got a v2 in my kitsch shell. Love it. I really think it sounds better than the stock board.
