WINK WINK

Does Akira not understand that this is an phonedin shoutout on an audiostream, and nobody can see him winking?

I don't remember so many people being so nice at 8static before last Saturday. Thanks for all the nice time hanging out with me!!!!!!!!!

And I think wearing some kind of identifying item is a good idea. But name tags are kind of goofy. Any simpler suggestions?

The picture badge I purchased last year is wordless. I was uncertain I liked the name Dragon Chiptune (sure enough, I'm thinking of the new name this week). I hope people that have seen enough chip photos or videos can recognize a certain audience member. Maybe small badges with people's forum avatars are helpful enough to identify each other?

backup plan sounds awesome, i suggest (since thered be many new people) getting some name tags, so people know who is there for blip vs just a tourist

I am prepared for that, I have worn badges to identify me at events frequently. It will give people the idea who I am, although, they are just pictures.

I thought I read that Raquel Meyers was having travel document difficulties. I wish she could be in NY, alas I am saddened to finally know the news.

I'm greatly looking forward to this event Monday.

Kudos on Hatebit events. I would go if I lived in London, or if I wasn't on the opposite coast. mad

Is there some way we can have a massive number exchange without just posting them on a forum?

THIS. It would clear up so much confusion surrounding meet-ups, arrivals, etc.

Most people going to this have a Twitter (yes!) or a Facebook (not me...) and can send and receive DMs. If you want my number, I'm dragonchiptune on the twitterhorn, contact me.

Sad to hear A.M.U is dropped from Blip. Having Knife City added to Blip made me happy, not enough people have had the chance to hear him play in NY.

So, I can update Nanoloop 2.3 with my GBA flash cart. I don't know why that didn't occur to me before.
