ok, so this product is active,

and, PRE-ORDERS are open.

these will ship thursday or friday of next week, or asap when we get the last part (the screws).

the price change (from my original $21 estimate) is due to me forgetting i switched to a different part, thats is a better quality of what i originally used...

i'll start a thread re: beta development of this.  i am VERY VERY open to suggestions.  and, since i controlled the manufacturing specs of this entire thing, i can change it pretty easily if needed.

I'll do beta development in a forum thread, maybe not here, and will post a link to that thread here.

interaction makes much more sense than just e-mailing me... 

i honestly am interested in your ideas about it, and will happily adjust or change it if its a compelling reason

i hate the look of the site.  just a little tired of thinking about it, and i'd rather the site look like shit and me spend that time getting products wrapped up, than sit down and move things around and change the colors and layout and stuff.

but, yesh, i guess it looks better.  i like the monster guy (thanks ghost clothing!) but the rest i'm not sure about (the parts i did)

its very much NOT what i see in my head, but it works.  not even remotely close...

that site is one of the brightest things in my personal life i can think of as i'm the type who consistently wears earth-tones.  the loudest colors i wear are football (soccer) jerseys. 

i'm a celtic fan (that league), so that god-awful green may be my brightest shirt.

for the older carts, the batteries have solder tabs on them, and EMS uses a configuration that on the tabs that we can't get easily, so we just get them from EMS.  you'd actually think the tabs are a standard thing for that type battery, but, very hard to find...

you'll need the batteries with tabs though for that kind of cart.

it means that buying presents around the holidays for everyone doesnt hit as hard since blip funding doesn't coincide chronologically.
