I have found a homebrew you can use your psp as a midi controller for abelton or any DAW, the catch is you need to run lua player on your psp, but for you guys interested, make sure your firmware is correct for the software, run lua, then open psptomidi on the lua player, run your pspmidi while plugged in on your pc etc, have a file copy of psptomidi on your desktop and it'll pop up as a midi controller with an adorable little interface on your psp controlling your choosing on your daw, I tried it and it works, for some reason though, lua player keeps crashing on me, I am trying different versions though, I'll update. My next project is building midi on my psp

I wish derps were cheaper, they look great but I think they are a bit pricey for me in their overall functionality. I love the concept of a flashdrive like interface. Just hate that it's 100 dollars plus shipping, yes I am a bit cheap. MAYBE i'll save up a pretty penny

Call me crazy, but this would be a bad idea. A usb cart gets the rom and savs through the usb right? so If I removed it, and my battery on the cart died, tthere goes my rom and savs lol. I wil find a way to conceal the usb slot with a inward flap

it is so easy to install the driver with xp and even 7, windows 8 fucking blows, you could downgrade to xp 
or just go to a friends house as stated above with an older pc. I have an xp desktop JUST for my SAVS, roms and games though. I like to keep it off my laptop

I know piggy has midi function, I run it on my psp, I have a question though, can I sync the tracker straight to my pc with midi function? Like say if I wanted to run the tracker with fl studio or abelton or any daw. Could I? Or does it have to be modded for that? I thought maybe I can sync through the psp data cable?

I am sure there is something like this on here, but I had no idea what to type in that search bar. So basically this, I want to put Lsdj on a regular gameboy cart, with no usb or any battery of crap like that. Basically I just want what's on the cart and that's it. I have 4 ems 64 carts, but I just want to downgrade, and I was wondering if anyone here would have the ability to flash a basic cart here with SOME sav ability. If it can't be done, I understand, just wondering boys.. and girls.
