Count down finished but nothing changed on the page to allow ordering?
Refreshed a few time but didn't see anything obvious.

Hi,

Was just checking this out, I think your first link is wrong. Should be a .com not a .org

Cheers

I just checked OctaMED Soundstudio V1.03c, this gives you the option to load samples into the FastMem.
It's located under the Instr menu.

Checking OctaMED 6 this option isn't available so probably isn't in any of the earlier versions.

I also turned on 8 channels in Soundstudio and it automatically turns on the option to "Halve Loaded Samples".

Just buy a VinylR and stick it in your VinylRW Drive and burn some tracks onto it, duh.

On that note, There are a couple of home dubplate cutting machines, none are cheap.

Just an update,

I got the Mackie Blackbird, Set the 2408 to Analog (converts the analog inputs to the digital out) set the master clock as the 2408.
Setup the Blackbird to listen for clock on the ADAT connection and just lightwire cabled (used an old toslink cable) from the out from the 2408 to the in on the blackbird, The blackbird sync'd fine and I get to use the 8 channels from the 2408.

Thanks

I probabaly should have posted the original message in other hardware.

I have a Motu 2408 mk1 that I keep a Pentium 4 running to support it as I only have the PCI 324 card, I was thinking of changing out this interface for a Mackie Onyx Blackbird 16 (ones on sale at a local store).
Looking at the stats of both the 2408 and the Mackie I should be able to use the 2408 as a stand alone A/D converter into the Mackie.

Has anyone used the Mackie and have any thoughts on it? And has anyone used the 2408 as an A/D convertor?

Thanks

I would be interested in getting Noise Carts or at least shitwave also mGB 1.3.3 carts.
I don't really need 5 of each so if group buys come up I'm keen for a couple of each,
I'm in NZ so another shipping anomoly.

Thanks TSC,
I'm using OctaMED SoundStuido, I hooked up the Chip Maestro to the Amiga to see if it was just an issue with my PC Midi setup.
Haven't really used OctaMED with Midi apart from some failed attempts at slaving one Amiga to another.
I think I will keep looking into the midi settings in Cubase and see if I can change note off to volume 0 or similar.

I got one a few weeks ago and have been trying it out using a few different setups but always get an annoying click when notes turn off or change.

I've tried it on a PC using Cubase LE via a M-Audio USB to Midi (and a cheap no name USB to Midi) and on the Amiga using OctaMed via a Datel midi master.
I saw the update about changing the note-off messages, I tired this in OctaMED with no difference and couldn't see it in the manual how to change it for Cubase.

Are other people having the same issue?
