im upgrading to the newest gba cartridge soon (its literally in the post) and therefore I may end up selling my 2.2 cartridge. This depends on whether I like the new nanoloop version, i probably will,, just ping me an offer and I'll let you know if I'm willing to part ways with it!

Omg that looks so sick! What kind of thinner was it dipped in, what was the name of it? Or was it just generic paint thinner?

if you want to run a gameboy tracker on a GBA you're better off getting one of the other flash carts. Running lsdj on an EZ flash is difficult as you have to run an emulator on the cartridge but an EMS 64 /bennvenn/drag n derp/ etc cartridge would be a lot easier. (but would stick out the top of the gba as its a larger cartridge)

OR get gba nanoloop.
theres a few other gameboy trackers out there but thats kind of the main two options smile

bump for awesome music, cannot wait for the release heart

LSDj doesn't work with ever drive cartridges. Check out EMS, BennVenn or Drag N Derp cartridges for LSDj.

Tekkman? I think thats his artist name.. he posts regularly on chip/win and seems really nice!

i cannot find / see the link am i blind?

...you can put as many instruments as you want in each channel though. So you could for instance put drums and bassline in wav channel and pulse 1 being lead and chords and pulse 2 just being chords. You can play around with it as much as you want!

Also.. i would suggest using BGB rather than gambatte. Bgb is just flat out better :')

I streamed some of the game last night. Its a pr stunt.
Theres two starting levels both of which are broken, but you can 'press tab for developer mode' and hop into a developer sandbox.

This area contains a bunch of tapes that when shoved into a robot (FRUG) plays the song. Theres about 30/35 in total i found them all. You can then after a bit of exploring and reading you find an 'exporter' you shove a tape in and it takes you out the game and to a site where you can download that song.

The directory for those songs is here:

Small imgur gallery here:

My stream vod is here:

and someone managed to export all the sound assets from that game file into a 5gb package which you can get here via Mega.

**edit** frug is also aware of the fact you shouldn't be there saying stuff like 'you dont have access' or 'you're not a developer'

Enjoyyyyyy

sounds to me like your cable may be the problem! That or the link ports on your gbs are a bit damaged.

I would check the licence for lsdj. As far as I'm aware you cannot distribute the rom. So you could attach the sav to the cart but the customer would need to provide a valid licence or put the rom on the cart themselves upon arrival.

I would love to be a part of this if it is possible!

I've booted on a bunch of samples and been sent a lot to use in little piggy, including some lovely subs from Infotoxin [shameless plug]. Unfortunately some of these samples just aren't loading at all. I can see the files in my samplelib and when i go to choose the sample for the instrument. However when I press 'listen' or 'import' it just stares blankly back at me like lol no. and doesn't let me play or import them.

The files are all wav 16bit files. My question is, I've got some samples that work but they're mainly shorter single waveform / drum samples. So basically is there a max file size in bytes or a max length of time a sample can be to be compatible with little piggy?

I'm new at sample based tracking so help would be appreciated.
