Hey cm.o!

I'm working on two new albums, "Hello_World!" & "Roboter-Musik".
"Hello_World!" will come as a ROM and as a real cartridge!
"Roboter-Musik" will come as Audio Stream, Download and CD!

The GB-ROM Version 1 of "Hello_World!" is available for free now.
It contains 3 Songs. (Version 2 and 3 will contain 7 Songs, each with an different last song!)

Hey chronoglyph!

The first backlight was made in 2004 by "Der Warst" and it's totally DIY.

I think you can make a better one by using better leds or a few smd leds if you are fine with that.
Plus you could use diffrent solder points etc, like they are used with modern backlight kits to get a better result.

I once built a DIY backlight with 3 smd leds and some foils instead of the cd case plastic plus some silver foil sticker to tape the edges of the new built screen to have a better light reflecting inside.

Sadly I didn't document it. I don't own the device anymore so that i can show.
I can just say, take a look at the old DIY backlights and a the new "professional" ones and try to find a solution in between! wink

OK.
LSDJ does work on Everdrive GB.
But save and load funktion will not work.

That means that it will only hold one song in the sav.
You can have multiple sav files per cart, so you can have multiple ROMs with different sample kits, but you are just able to "store" one song per sav.
Not the best solution, but it kind of works.

HELLO WORLD!

The new ZX Spectrum Beeper Album
"Tronimal - Eins"
is available now!
As Stream, Download or limited SD Card Version.

This Album is completely written for
Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48K Beeper
using different engines in Beepola.
Music and lyrics written by Tronimal,
except Durchbruch (original song by Zweitgolf).
All songs were recorded from a real Sinclair ZX Spectrum 48K
without any extension or modification.

Stream/Download Version contains 7 songs. Available for free as usual, with pay-what-you-want option.
Playtime 11:47 Min

The Special SD Cart Edition is limited to a maximum of 100 pieces.
It contains 8 songs, as well as 8 TAP files to play the instrumental versions on original ZX Spectrum or via emulator.
Playtime 13:00 Min

There will be a CD released later as well. It contains 10 songs. The releasedate is unknown yet.
Playtime 16:14 Min

T-Shirts are in the making and one of them is already on the way.
Much better Quality than my Shirts before.
