I'm not sure if I saw it on here or not, but I saw someone release music that came on a download card that you could plant, and it would grow a flower! Does anyone have a link to the organization that does this?

What are some other awesome/interesting cd packaging ideas you've been seeing? It's growing more and more important for artists to add incentive for people to buy physical music these days.

How about a tree where the heartwood is replaced with a wax roll of music?

Oh yeah, I bought two of the Cheap Dinosaurs album. Gave one to a friend, haven't planted mine yet.
I should probably do that soon.
IIRC they're supposed to be lobelias or something.

Personally, I think this is one of the cooler methods of music distribution.  I'd like to see a release that sprouts into edible stuff!
