I did get my money back with the condition that i change my feedback to positive. kinda felt bullied.
So that's how he keeps a 100% positive ratio. 
Anyone up for spending $80 to get a surprise cartridge and the opportunity to smack him in the face? 
this is something mentioned in the ebay rules. as a tactic to be aware of (and report)
it'd benefit future buyers to report him.
