When I finish a song in LSDJ (especially if it's a cover) and playback the "final" product ("" because nothing is ever really final) for the first time it feels like the end credits roll of a game and gives me that same feeling of satisfaction.

HivelyTracker has old-school mojo and I like how the instrument creation process is synthesis-based rather than import-sample-based. It just gives me these feelings that I cannot explain.

what i like most about (synthesis based) trackers is that you easily get a consistent sound. when i use contemporary DAW my lead- and chord instruments often sound really bad and dont fit the rhythm section.
