Can someone post step by step instructions on how to get a 64 MB EMS Cartridge to work on windows 8? There was a thread about it before, but it was not helpful.

What issues are you having exactly? I had some with 7 and found a fix for it some time after I made this thread: http://chipmusic.org/forums/topic/7399/ … windows-7/ . Maybe that will be of some use.
