This is undoubtedly a first-world problem, but the way a sync/data DMG cable sticks out of the side drives my OCD into a fit. Has anyone thought of/tried building a cable that forces the cable up the side of a DMG instead of directly to the right?

I too feel your pain and want to point out there is room to stick the port in the bottom opposite where a prosound mod usually goes.
