thanks, but i'm tryin to avoid paying almost $200usd after shipping from one of the UK guys that have them in stock when they go for around $100 regularly in other places.

im trying to say someone owns the liscence of cubase 3 and you still buy dongles directly off them. the business is called Keychange, and the chap Barry. It costs £59

"V 3 dongles are £85 GBP" - in an email from keychange last month. the website hasn't been updated in ten years, but he's legit.
dongles are the license. whoever owns a dongle owns a copy of cubase. keychange and atarifreakz just happen to have a bunch of them. cubase is still owned and developed by steinberg.
