I know a lot of you don't have the chance to own an Atari Falcon 030 but if you have the superchance to have one...ACE Tracker (THE biggest tracker on Falcon) just got a 2.0 release 2 days ago after a long decade without any updates !!! big_smile

It's just crazy all the things they added in this one here is a list :
-Triangle wave.
-Trisaw wave.
-High Pass, band pass and band stop filters implemented.
-Filter disable implemented.
-Square transformator added to oscillator 1.
-Sawtooth sub oscillators added to both osc. 1 and 2.
-Hard sync mix mode implemented.
-Possibility to disable reverb and delay (or output 3/4) per patch.
-Two new source oscillators in F.M. mix mode.
-Amplifier with or without limiting. Can be used for distortion effect.
-Improved .WAV support.
-Increased maximum number of samples to 256.
-New tracker commands.

Yyyyyupp, it's a great news indeed. And supposedly it works much better than the previous version. Which make it the very first program I'll load when I'll kick my Falcon to work again.
With the new Ace2 it will be even faster.
(But probably _after_ the Japan, Lazerbeat, don't worry. wink I don't forget about You. "Daily practising mode" ON wink ).


Yes the prog is powerful and as far as I know, the best results achieves (obviously) the 505 with his traxx.
I'm really interested in the piece of software and I'm really happy authors decided to support the Atari Falcon again.
