I'm not omniscient, wish as I may. But if you see something objectionable, it helps if you press the report button. It's red when you hover it, and gives you a popup confirming that you want to report the post. That, btw, has been a good strategy to prevent people from reporting a post in the belief that they were writing a reply, which used to happen once every other month before that change.
