//BUBBLYFISH//

//KNIFE CITY//
Knife City is the latest incarnation of Luke Silas' lifetime fascination with both making music and classic video games. He uses a pair of Game Boys to produce music meant for dancing. He also plays drums for the NYC chiprock band Anamanaguchi.

//JDDJ3J//
In only 3 years, Je deviens dj en 3 jours became one of the cutest
nowadays chiptune artists by drawing unique waveforms on the Nanoloop
software. He gives a new approach to the Nintendo Gameboy consisting
of heavy beats, distorted bass and girls dancing all over the night.

//CREAM IN ALL MOUSTACHE//
Why chose Cream in all Moustache as a name? Because having a Moustache
in 2010 is criminal... and when you eat Creamy things you put some all
over your Moustache, and it looks Gay! I like it! That's the reason
why I am the Cream in all Moustache.

//KRIS KEYSER//
Over the years, Kris Keyser has picked up and discarded the piano, saxophone, guitar, drums, bass, and didgeridoo, learning all but casting each aside in favor of the next. Finally settling on the Game Boy as his weapon of choice, he has built and refined an arsenal of tracks that run the gamut from energetic and fun to spacey, foreboding, and massive. High-energy in both performance and composition, Kris Keyser is known to transform passive listeners into active participants in his notoriously sweat-drenched live shows.

//ZOMBECTRO//
When he was a child, video games were too expensive for him, he felt frustrated and angry, growing up with an intense bitterness! Now, he wants his revenge and the software Nanoloop 1.3 unleashes his true evil power! Combining the gayness of Techno-Dance with Heavy Metal, Zombectro's music is a brutal incantation against the whole world. To cap it all, he worships excessive kitsch and retrofuturistic horse riding! The retro-dark-burlesque is born!

//PARIS// (Visuals)
Paris (previously known as Voltage Controlled) writes custom software to transform hand held game systems such as the Game Boy Advance and the GP2X into visual performance instruments. His visuals are abstract and influenced by his background and continued interest in mathematics and theoretical physics. He has been creating live visuals for the chip music scene since 2005. During that time he has performed at Blip Festival 06, 07, 08, Blip Europe, at many Pulsewave NYC events, 8Static events in Philadelphia, SxSW, PAX, chip shows across the country and his visuals are featured in the documentary, Reformat the Planet. In addition, he was awarded a residency at the Experimental Television Center and has given talks in the US and Europe (Pixsel Festival) on Open Source Software development for the arts.

//JYK//(Visuals)
Jean Y. Kim makes low-bit visuals that try to integrate textures and daydreams using ‘laptop-alternative’ hardwares like the GP2X, Gameboy Advance, and PS2. Her influences include Bas Jan Ader, Clone High, and her VJ ‘big brother’ Paris. She is from Vancouver, BC but is currently based out of New York City.
