Also, I've gotten tons of them at thrift stores - don't know what the thrift scene is like in your area - but look through the USB cables, they like to hide there because store employees don't know what they are.

I found loads at a $2 store a few years back that I progressively gave out or sold.
Should have bought more because I know the rest of the stock just got dumped.
