I ask because I'm currently in the market, and also because I'd like to see pictures!

Korg KM-2

For DAW mixes
I use a nanokontrol midi controller

I use a Behringer 802. It's not the best thing ever, but it's good for the price.

Yea DIs have much better EQ options and fx sends.

honestly if i had a mixer it'd probably be a xenyx1202 or some old yamaha 8-channel just to be different - a pal of mine has an old roland pa-60 which would probably sound tight if it still worked.

as far as home recording goes i've got my eyes on this sweet piece of ass

And a Behringer Eurorack 602 which has served me well for over 10 years.

Is there any reason why some people choose to use DJ mixers and some don't? Obv. the DJ mixers have the 2-channel limit, but is there any other benefits to having one over the other for live chipmusic?
