I'd like to see some kind of list come together of anything chip being in the press. The more the better!
Then we could make a tally of how many time Mario at a rave comes up!

I'd think anything that isn't blog. Newspaper articles online I'm down with.

I feel like a schmoe repeatedly posting about another artist.  But, he does live in my hometown, so me scanning our paper's archives doesn't tend to include chiptune information from outside our city walls.

- Electronic music (with audio)
- Roanoke musician game for chiptunes

Smaller southern (U.S.) city, so I wonder what many locals' response was to this sort of thing.

Not really about chipmusic in general, but I did a live set with LSDJ (although I was running it off my PSP at the time). Last paragraph on the page.

Also, second to last paragraph as well.

"Imagine" (a brazilian magazine on pop culture and technology) made a really good introduction of chipmusic for the masses. And they covered a lot on Chippanze.org, including photographing and writing about a gig of us here in São Paulo.

(I guess only minusbaby will understand it, but what the hell):

Yep, they cover it a lot. Last issue there was someone talking about Apple IIGS synthesizers, they've had Aegis Sonix (Amiga Softsynth), a big article on chipmusic, reviewed Chipsounds and an article with David from Plogue, plus their monthly column on trackers and the demoscene and the monthly "totally trackers" section (not really chip, but whatever tongue) all in the last few months.

Also, I'm pretty sure one of the staff made this! smile

Apparently there was a big interview (more than 5 pages) with a few of the C64 greats in some gaming magazine a few months ago. I can't remember which one and I didn't read it, so that's not very helpful I guess.

WOW MAN!

I was interviewed by Game Developer magazine at the end of last year. It was printed in the January (I think) edition.

It was specifically about Nijuu and NTRQ (briefly).
