Is there a problem posting with Google Chrome? I just had this page refresh itself on submit 3 times with no new post for me, I guess I'll go check out the bugs/feedback forum.

What is this licence that you speak of? 
It'll be released under a "just be cool about it" licence. I'll be setting up a charity PayPal link on the website. It'll be for Cancer Research. Not totally altruistic as my mum has been fighting the disease for the last 3 years but it's a proper charity, all the same. The more cash it nets the more I'll be encouraged to develop NTRQ further.
Not sure what to do about the source code yet. I'll probably hold it back for a while and release it later.

What are the options for using this on hardware once it comes out? I know of:
PowerPak (expensive and probably impossible to get once NTRQ is released)
PowerPak Lite (expensive unless you already have CopyNES)
Homemade cart with eprom (epprom? probably the best bet but not easily updateable and also likely to be in short supply)
Anything else for hardware?
