Yup, fully functional 
That specific console was made by burnfingers who is collaborating with us for custom requests and some awesome pre-made consoles. That one sold a couple weeks ago but I believe an "Elite" version is in the works along with some other very unique items.

That xboxboy really is cool and unique. I always thought about adding a joystick to a Gameboy but never got to it. Is the Gameboy easy to use with the joystick?
