I thought it was too I fixed the dead lines and now I added it to my soon to be modded dmgs

dead lines are easy to fix just remove the black rubber strip where the bottom ribbon cable is and apply some heat on it with a soldering iron where the dead lines are

I have done this without removal of the black strip. just a short blast of heat and an eraser held firmly while blowing to cool it down fast.
