If you use the GB emulator BGB you can go to Options(F11) > System, then switch to GameBoy(then press apply) go back to Options(F11) > Gb Colors then create your own custom Color Scheme(s) for LSDJ.

I have a bunch of different color scheme settings saved as schemes and I tell you some of my personal settings if you want.

(Or you can just mess around with it until you find a setting you like.)

And I almost forgot to mention that I'm working on making a collection of my work(stuff that I've either made or modified, like ROMs, patches, how-to guides, and whatnot) availible for you to download for free.

I just added 60 different modified versions of GlitchNES to the collection today and I will be adding a bunch more stuff in the near future.

You can follow the progress of the collection on my "Custom Graphics" Trading Post thread -

http://chipmusic.org/forums/topic/4249/custom-graphics/

And follow the link below to get directly to the files -

I could be wrong but I am fairly sure LSDJ is using pretty much all the available program space. I don't think there is any left over for extra graphics. Would be an awesome idea though.

I am pretty sure these patches change existing graphics, and thus, do not use any extra space. wink the more you know.

Correct,

Apply these patches to their corresponding full version of LSDJ with Lunar IPS (LIPS) - IPS Creation/Application Tool

Does anyone know of a way to make palettes or color schemes like this and save them to the LSDJ ROM for use on a GBC/GBA?

Say I want something, and I want it right now. I think it would be easier if I do it myself, no offense.

Besides, I've always wanted to dive into simple romhacking, and a tutorial from you would certainly make that easier (unless you're worried about getting run out of business!)

Its just a pain in the ass to write/make a tutorial.

But its relatively easy for me to just make the LSDJ patch for you.

And I'm not really worried about getting run out of business because I don't do this for money, I do this to support my fellow artists.

I'll try writing a tutorial but I'm probably going to give up halfway through because this process is tedious, has many steps, requires skill, and a fair amount of artistic ability.
