I'd like to see Nitro's version it must be good. Especially if he's planning releasing it on a cartridge I'm definitely getting one.

nitro2k01, fuck flappy bird, you have the skills to do canbalt man, so do it. please big_smile

Canabalt is a cool idea, but I think at least DMG is the wrong platform for Canabalt because of the slow LCD response time. I do have other thing in the pipline, though.

I for one would be extremely interested in seeing some or any of the source code, since Gameboy homebrew games that aren't a block-stacking game as of recently are a bit uncommon. Very interested in your approach to GBDK. smile

I'll probably be pretty busy till the end of next week, then I can clean it up a bit (it was very much a learning experience for me) then share the source with anyone who's interested.

Please!

Cat-Astro-Phi would be great on real Gameboy.

ok, made a few minor changes to gameplay and cleaned up the code a bit. It's still pretty narly, but clear enough to see how most of the things work.
Anybody have tips for making sprites not transparent?

I added the source code to the video description download link, or get it here

It's pretty ridiculously stupid, but I would really want to own this on a cartridge.
Looking forward to that nitro version, but otherwise crazyninjamofo's feels pretty legit.

Just want to properly thank crazyninjamofo for his support and releasing the code. Thanks for following through.

And I managed to make and label the flappy bird game. So if anyone is interested here.  smile
