I had a small piggy jam this morning before work when i found my gp2x in the glovebox.
I had some mad clipping going on.
on a side note, gp2x related, should the speakers stay on when you plug in a headphone cable? or is the switch in my headphone port fucked.
I should just make an audio cable from the extra one i've got laying around i bought for midi.

really old post, but Text Edit might be your problem, afaik, it doesn't save in plain text, but RTF or some shit like that.

Otherwise you can install the X-tools package that is on one of the bonus install disks you get. That has a nice editor called dashcode.
