You say that yet you're from the land of Texas BBQ...us actually has some good food, some local specialties... crab cakes, deep dish pizza, Chicago style hot dogs, Philly cheese steaks, etc...

Fish and chips sound delicious right now.  Damn it.

Keeping marginally on topic, on all of my music, I label every idv2 tag with a genre of Christian Gangsta Rap.  Fuck logic.

Two of your four examples are from other states, and another is from Italy.

I said they are local specialties,  is that somehow untrue, smartass?
Only said Texas has its own style of BBQ, not that it had deep dish pizza (which was invented in Chicago, not Italy)

again with the the this? you answer this question just like, what is jazz or rock? what are its sub-genres? you list artists that are called said label and have someone listen to them and make that abstract leap for themselves to get what makes an x an x and not a y. it doesn't work the other way around in music, labels dont emerge till after the fact. btw i discovered fennel recently and started braising it with lamb or grilling it-holy shit thats righteous-
