i absolutely love it, and I'm really interested in the production technique cos its hard to recognise LSDJ in there, im guessing you are more focused on the ds10 than the lsdj side of things?

i thought the zx spectrum software was loaded on tapes?

its really cool, if your expanding your label have you considered using a service like Spinnup, distrokid, tunecore etc to get all your releases onto spotify, itunes, and all over modern digital marketplaces?

Thanks for the help!
i wasnt talking about emulation i was talking about actually using a spectrum and the original tape tracker software, i wanna buy a zx spectrum and the tape that contains the software to track on

anyone got any suggestions for the best tracking software and where the hell to find a tape for a ZX spectrum?

are there any rules on how it is produced, as far as software or hardware is concerned?

after playing With nanoloop and lsdj a lot over the past month I would advise LSDJ for making trap style beats, but nanoloop is just as capable, but maybe a little less easy to do so, and also harder to make super fat bass synths With. thats just my experience so far though, i reckon I\d given nanoloop the time i had LSDJ thus far i would have some better nanoloop advice

oh yeah and on the less is more, try adding some breaks

drop something for a bar, half a bar, two bars, a quarter of a bar, drop everything, add a different thing, variation, drops and silence are your friend

i love the drums and the kind of head jump sound fx, the octave bassline is far too repetitive to be the main part of the song it needs to be quieter and have a lead over the top.

second the notion on volume and tables

thats fucking cool, would be great for games, but a shame for double LSDJ users who would need two of them and two TVs

great blog
