Thanks! Had to swap batteries before I could try it again. This time I got it. Time to start up this chainsaw bass.

I've been using HT2. Awesome bass. I wanted to keep the first stuff I made so I tried to backup the files. I used TiLP2 and a silverlink cable (I-0603B). I set the calculator to transmit and hit the backup button. It sent a .82b backup file and it appears in the right side window in TiLP2.
Then I opened the ht2util and tried to open the file. It shows the my TI files folder, but can't see the file because It's looking for .82p and I have a .82b...what am I doing wrong?

Cool. You ever use SID wizard? Cool tracker. There's a three sid version available. It lets you select where the two extra sids are addressed In the software. Your two sid carts in the expander, One set to $DE00 the other set to $DF00. And use a SD2IEC to load sid wizard 3 SID version and manage file transfers. Would let you use three seperate filters at once, fatten up polyphony, more drums...

Casio pt-100. sick square wave bass. Add an lfo circuit and make wobbles.
Casio pt-80. Cool drum machine. Mutes, alters sounds, pitched down is cool. Never found any good points to alter note sounds... my very first instrument.
Speak and read speak and math. Not my favorite, but I still grab them and mess around. Cool to sample, chop to bits, and reassemble.
Micronta biofeedback monitor. I found it at a thrift store. No idea wtf it was, but it had a speaker, a 9v battery, and was blue, so it was coming home with me. I've bent the shit out of this thing. Gutted it several times and went back for more. I should've quit when I had a switch that when activated took whatever pitch it was playing and did an awesome sweep down in pitch and filtering. Like it was discharging a cap or something. Wish I could figure out what I did for that...
Bending stuff is fun. When I started to learn about electronics more, I found it more useful to add circuits to existing ones than random shorts. But the wonders of discovery are cool.

Sweet! Man, can you tell me how the sid cart II works with addressing? Can you switch addresses inside the cart somehow or does it look in all addresses at once..? I'd like to see some tech info about how the cart does the addressing if anyone can help me.

Doubles

Positive that you didn't wire the led backwards? Try switching wires on it. Post some pics of the guts!

He made it for cynthcart64 that he sells. It's a midi interface so u can hook a midi keyboard or sequencer to it and trigger the SID. I have cynthcart v1.2 from https://atariage.com/store/index.php?l= … &p=322  and whatever version is on the kerberos cart. Cynthcart is ok for playing with a keyboard, with presets and a SID editor. But with midi cc in a sequencer it's way more fun. Like glitchy fun with the thing squealing.  E-mail him though, idk that much about it.

So I saw this and ordered one. Haven't received it yet and it looks like a month may be my total waiting time. Super excited to see it and get it running.

I put in a bivert pcb like that on a dmg. Had some issue with it that I can't remember right now. I resoldered the holes and the top left one seemed to be my issue. After that it all worked.

It's not mine. It just sits there on the internet..calling my name. I'm trying to fight the gear lust. I have enough music stuff to keep me busy. I need someone else to buy it and remove the temptation. This is a call for help.
