It isnt just a cable. The cable plugs into the interface itself is a Teensy arduino based device which plugs into the 2nd controller port.

Still, you wouldn't need the cartridge part if you have an Everdrive?

Both ports should have the same throughput.
Now that I re-think the babble I just spat, I think the joystick ports should have a throughput similar to serial ports, and even though I don't know what cap is there, since I doubt it gets to 115200bps, I doubt that much is necessary. My Amiga serial MIDI interface probably goes fine at 38400bps.

Ohh, through the joystick port? This is interesting, I didn't know the joystick port would have enough throughput to do something like this.

Haha JOKING! heart heart heart

Anyway, all the credit goes to SABREPULSE who actually started to organize this one up, not me. We're just helping out! I love organizing stuff so in any way I can help, it is my pleasure.

Just keep those eyes peeled for anything else new that might happen in the nearby future... wink

almost all of the time its the floppy drive.

gwEm, you should get a couple of HxC Floppy Emulators, they would be life savers.
http://torlus.com/floppy/

Floppy drives are a pain in the ass. I have given up on using them in my Amiga for years now.

I think PacifiST is available for Caanoo, I should give it a try, since the Amiga emulator on that runs well enough to load my Amiga MODs on Protracker!
