When someone asks you, " Who do you think is an awesome live performer ?"  And they exist somewhere in this "genre." Lo-fi/vgm/chiptune, etc.....

I need some new inspirational material.

cmon !!! still only have 2 and half submissions !!!!  sad

Definitely. When this gig is on I'm going to sit and listen to my Thy Name Is Adventure tape and act out the show with a series of cardboard cutouts.
Good luck guys.

I want to start off by thanking all those who have bought the "Thy Name is Adventure" cassette release. It was something new to try for me, and seemed to be a complete success. I sold over 100 cassettes, and did not even think I would sell that many!!  Anyways, yesterday would be its 1 year anniversary since the original release date, so I just want people to have this album at this point. Thanks again guys to those who supported me and bought the cassette!!!! I'm thinking I can still make more if anyone wants them, but the digital download is free to all now.. Enjoy!!!

Well, covering the whole room will just deaden everything.. you would still want some reflection.. I put some behind the speakers to catch the bass. The ones in the corners, catch the bass as well, since the bass frequencies can get caught in corners.... Its very minimal but it helps... Plus, those monitors come with a room calibration mic, so it will adjust to each room by doing a series of tests.. And that definitely changed the sound of the speakers after calibration...

Does that set up of isolation material work a difference AT ALL in your setup? I am wanting to do some of this but I don't know exactly what to do without covering the whole room in it tongue
