Shit almost forgot about dis - my address is near the top of the thread - gonna send some stuff out to peeps!

I changed the date of a plane flight just to come to this. It's that good.

I have a show booked for March 28th at the Hawthorne Theater Lounge, which looks like they have good sound and a good bar, and they're all ages. I'm looking for probably a local band and a local chip artist to play with me - I'd love to have a visualist too. Who's interested? Post here or PM me!

decent condition, doesn't need to be collector grade or anything. Doesn't even need to work if its a full gameboy... Just complete with battery cover - don't need link port cover, screen cover welcome but not required.

All kinds of cool stuff to trade - some DOD fx pedals, DMG and Color/pocket lights, link cables, NES games, GBCs and MGBs, some gameboy cases..

I'd even trade two or three grey boys for one yellow PIL!

More stuff too, ask me about what you're looking for...

I can also build cables, interfaces, other stuff!

So good! Very unique tonality. I can't wait until this works on my TI-83+

Sweet!

Moved my flight back to the 27th to I could make POW POW in SF before I left, so now I'm looking for gigs 27th through 30th - down to drive a bit out of town for stuff too! Let's rock!

NOM STAR I will reply to your PM!

We have a really awesome and growing scene in the greater Bay Area, welcome! A lot of the happenings are thanks to Morgan from Crashfaster - he's got us set up with monthly second Thursdays shows at DNA lounge, I'm sure you'll be hearing more about that soon...

Okay now that that's over, I still really want to hear people's answer to my question, so I'm going to repeat it.

How do you define "high quality" music?

I look for musical development and intent, cohesive releases. I don't like repetitive music.
I don't particularly care about recording quality, aside from the most egregious offenders, nor do I care about advanced techniques unless they are used to achieve musical ends that otherwise can't be reached.
