I don't know how you'd be able to tell which were the development samples but there are some tools out there that let you extract samples from snes roms. Extract a bunch of from the early games and see how many are similar?

this sounds awesome. wish i could go. good luck!

i'd love to see ways to make sounds that don't sound "fm", if that makes sense.

Also I think Magfest is a bit bigger?

yeah way bigger.

as someone who's been to both, if you're into chip music, then blip fest wins. if you're into gaming and vgm music, magfest wins.

but magfest had some incredible chip music this year too. so, yeah, both are pretty incredible.

5. Do not cover or remixing original songs (soundtrack)

I think the OP wants new songs in the style of tv shows. I think it'd be better with tv theme covers though.

oh woops, you're right. oh well.

i call the seinfeld theme song.

yeah, cool clip! my only criticism is that it might sound better with louder drums. turn the instruments down a little bit and use some louder sample based drums. vary the noise channel a little more.

melody and chords and everything sounds rad though!

what is a powerpak input? i have two powerpaks and have modded a bunch of nintendo's but haven't heard of this.

is it weird that i've never heard of 10k
