The problem is guys I read more than one source of chipscene news than cm.o.
If only there would be a place that would remain true to chip music until death

Jesus man, this is always a big fear for me when riding Greyhound/Megabus - so sorry. I assume you had your back insured when you checked it in at the Greyhound ticket booth?
As a mental health professional I'm actually withholding myself from making a super huge post here (at the risk of demonstrating that I am an even bigger nerd than what's obvious here), but sandneil is absolutely nailing it ITT and basically hinting upon meta-cognition therapy - definitely give that post some thought !

oh man! the rise and fall of adlib tracker hype
Lots of great SNES dev to happen this year overall, definitely remembering cTrix's project of course too! - stoked!
exciting! although I wish more videos existed for the tracker rather than the debugger >_<
so rad. we're doing pretty similar stuff lately re: the girl from neon city
That ad has no information as to what they actually do.
who cares? a small cameo is still hella rad congrats Kris!!!
You got this, IceWolf! My first LSDJ track was a crappy cover of Led Zeppelin, lol!
was looking at a lot of old 4mat Protracker modules w/ vivid tracker. time to start hitting the Amiga!
same, but also with ctrix mods!
But why does it seem from 96+ we see more diverse types of music?
This medium is very contingent on communication over the internet. As more people around the world started to talk to each other online, the genres diversified. It's easier now more than ever to see a genre term thrown around, find music in that style, and find a tutorial on how to make it all within 24 hours.
bump, yo.
why the hell did he take away the extra voice on the version i just bought
gotta catch em all!
Sample based trackers are a great next step! Try LGPT, Milky/fasttracker 2, Schism/Impulse tracker for starters. Grab a bunch of 4 channel mods and listen to a lot of amazing music. Learn everything you can about the demoscene and the kinds of art that developed from it!
Or if you like FM, try out Deflemask or Adlib Tracker on MS-DOS!
