I've heard Technics turntables are comparatively cheap, but can't say for sure.

heh, I remember Brian Green. We used to be in the same circles of South Carolinas electronic stuff, which pretty much scattered-for me- after a music space here closed down. last I heard he was doing ambient Ableton processed stuff. I think he jacked some art from Talk To Animals circa 1800-zombie or something.  There was a guy on 8bc under the name Jim Kelly Dolemite who used to do choppy-sample based stuff from GB, Snes Games, etc that was pretty cool.

I concur.but dat bass.

meh. Analog worship. I can appreciate cool analog sounds, of course, and i'm aware of why the 808/303 is considered unique, but it kind of leaves me cold. I like flat 90's PCM digital sounds and FM stuff.

Paris Hilton Gameboy plz.

It does. like it survived a disaster. (needs more gold and nes buttons).

Word. some of the GBA/SNES stuff reminds me of early sampled stuff(at least, sample quality wise).

Needs more 12-bit music.

Well, it's like you said, GBC only-but lucky for you, Game Boy guru Nitro2k01 has an IPS patch for the Pocket Music rom to fix that problem. http://gbdev.gg8.se/files/musictools/Po … sic%20fix/
