Nitro's lsdj file manager is called LittleFM, LSMC is a recent sav management program for PC.

Nicely done article tho!

I don't quite understand what that's referring to.  You can load a song to SRAM without having to add it to the current SAV file?

Has 2.x got the arp and wave tables like 1.7.1 yet? That's a significant change for the 1.x series.

I had a rom dumping Altane testing party with myself the other night.  Everything worked smoothly and as expected.  I dumped and flashed my Derps and EMS64 with no issues.  Also appears that my Nanoloop 1.1 is able to have its' sav dumped and flashed witch is sweet.  smile  Nanoloop ONE cart support isn't ready yet so after a few tentative pokes I just left it alone.

All commercial carts and my one Kitsch PROM cart dumped their roms and/or savs perfectly.

GB Camera support is extra sweet.  You can choose which pics to export and you have a choice of 3 color pallets.  I dumped the rom as well and found that at least BGB now supports it for Trippy H goofing.  Cool!

Looking forward to Nano ONE and EMS64 multirom/page support.  But the application is truly great as is.  The amount of info provided and the options available make me feel that I have real control of all my carts and that if an issue ever comes up I can use my Altane to diagnose and most likely fix the problem.

Good job, guys!  Two thumbs up!!  (y) (y)

What's your table look like? Are you using H commands?

A lot of people swear by NanoStudio.

Yes.  Both from emulator (BGB) and hardware.  The frustrating part is that over time the tempo seems to average out correctly so recordings that are more than a few bars (minutes, maybe) long appear to be the correct length.  But when you place different recordings next to each other, just as you've described, the variations become obvious.

When multitracking now, either I use the "save individual channels" option in BGB or I slave the game boy to a midi clock with the correct tempo.  BGB is the simplest option as long as you're not also trying to keep your channels in sync with additional hardware.  In that case your only/best bet is to record while midi synced.

i think that ROM would be very beneficial to other people too, do you know if he's made it available to the public?   (good utility app, might be worth asking him to post it if not)  happy to do it if you lost contact info or anything else

I'll PM it to you as well and you can do as you see fit.  smile

Have you ever successfully added a rom to the A or B sections?  There's a nano one cart test rom that Oliver sent me a long time ago that tells you if the different sections are locked or unlocked.  I'll try to find it and send it your way.

Edit:  found it, check your PMs

Mine says 3.5 hours. i'm guessing the widget references your PCs clock without taking timezones and stuff into account

Ahhh yes, you're right.  Furrtek posted "~16 hours" 7.5 hours ago so there is *actually* approximately 8.5 hours left until orders open.

Count down finished but nothing changed on the page to allow ordering?
Refreshed a few time but didn't see anything obvious.

There's still over 16 hours left.

Just an unreliable cable. I had a phone charger cable like that. Best to toss it and save yourself some headache.
