Its in 80 because your emulator is in game boy color mode. Change it to DMG mode and you'll be able to go down to 40 bpm.

Except that Beck didn't actually make those LSDJ tracks himself.

"The two artists who are responsible for the songs in the 4-song extended play are 8-Bit and Paza Rahm, both of whom are little-known artists." see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hell_Yes_%28EP%29

This is Beck using lsdj.

God I forgot about this piece of shit, pretty sure I still have it somewhere.

You mean the ROM? The game was never officially released. I dont know about the game play since I havent tried it out but from a technical point of view the game is very impressive.

Neither smartboy or nanoloop shells are actually true to the original.

What is the difference apart from the text on the carts?

Same goes for the smartboy carts. Though some batches came in game boy color cases and and some in standard cases.

Not true. Some batches of nanoloop 1.2 has battery sockets and they came with standard cases.

its for a single ROM

as far as i'm aware, the EMS 64M carts are the only ones which support multiple ROMs out of the box.

Also Bung carts If I remember correctly.
