I've been looking forward to this coming out for ages, and I was not disappointed! Big hooks, many feelings. Great work guys!

Here it is, my first new EP since 2011. 4 dense LGPT strikes inspired by early exposure to ill-contextualised exotic cultural imports (i.e. encountering 80s anime & NTSC-J games without a proper frame of reference or easy access to the Internet) and the resulting damage; plus a sweet remix by Matt Nida!

There's a limited run of 50 professionally duplicated cassettes, if you're into that sort of thing: full EP on both sides, slick J-card art, cellophane wrapping. High grade, low tech. Download is included with tape, or available separately to all on a 'pay what you want' basis.

Please enjoy! smile

*checks eBay*  Wow, when did these things get so expensive? I got mine for like £30 a couple of years ago.

Very nice work! Intense, carefully detailed. I like how the occasional extra effects/sounds fit with the Game Boy, complimenting without overpowering. I particularly like ghetw0df smile

Ha ha, that was a one-off special just for you smile

Do they sell Sid Wizard cartridges anywhere?

No, but it comes pre-installed on the Kerberos C64 MIDI cartridge: http://www.frank-buss.de/kerberos/ (which is also just a really handy device in its own right)

Another thumbs-up for SID Wizard from me, it's great.

I see the eNcade's been redesigned to include shoulder buttons!: https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/20 … ts/1071815

So it could be a pretty convenient portable piggy + midi device. Not sure about the price though.

Sweet deal m8

Received today! Nice release, the lathe cut actually sounds pretty good too. I even burned a VCD player for my Dreamcast just so I could watch the videos. Good choice of under-used dead format there smile

Superior shit, glad these anthems are available to the people finally. Nice job on the artwork & production too.

anyone got reccomendations for something similar with vga / hdmi? i just got a rasp pi model b+ and i hadnt noticed but it omits the phono / rca video output. bleeeeeughhh. got an hdmi to vga adapter tho and guessing VGA input mini lcd's will be cheaper than hdmi ones (i dont need hi def for LGPT or riscOS obviously!)

You can still get phono out from the B+, you just need to use a 4-pole adaptor. I use one of these guys: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Triple-3-x-Ph … 51afe36190

I have this exact problem. Still use the GP2X for shows, but spend whole time worrying the connection is going to die. Like Pulselooper, I'm moving toward Pi piggy instead for reliable midi use. Although I really wish someone with necessary skills would make PSP midi a reality sad

Some (arguably subjective) platform comparison info:

Had the chance to compare output from Caanoo and PSP 2000 (same projects, same headphones) - PSP sounds far clearer, Caanoo murky & muddy by comparison. Big enough difference to make me switch to PSP.
