Thanks everyone for listening and downloading!
I could have told you... oh, wait-- I did. Great responses to a great product? Un-fucking-heard-of!!!
Haha, yeah, you did. =P

Thanks for listening everyone! I'm glad people are enjoying it.
You should just charge straight out for this release (and include the .sav in the download)!
I thought about that, but I really just wanted as many people as possible to listen, so I figured pay-what-you-want no minimum was the way to go. I might do a "deluxe edition" with .sav, lsdsng, the custom kits, and bonus songs if enough people are interested. (If I do that, anyone who has paid will get the bonus content, of course.)
where is the link you ruddy tease
I guess that *would* help! >_<
Fix'd!
Hey guys! I finished this EP. So here it is. Hope a few of you cats dig it, dig?

(LSDJ, varying styles, melodic, poppy, sometimes dancy)
Another good reason to go to BRK?
Planning on having a sweet lunch at a local dive with the artists on Saturday. Everyone is invited. Come dine on awesome sammiches with the best!
*Pricks up ears* Awesome sammiches, you say?
I just throw enough effect commands/tables on it so so it makes me look like i actually know what i'm doing
On an aside, though: It's important to remember song writing. If someone writes a beautiful melody and chord structure with just a stagnant 50% pulse width I totally won't hold it against him (or her!). But at least throw some Vxx/4xx on that shit AMIRITE
express yoself!
Sometimes I *like* that 50% pulse d00d. Don't hate on the 50%!

I can usually tell immediately by general pulsewave sound design who knows their way around the block or not...
This right here. I love me some clever sample usage, but good pulse channel sound design is essential.
This is an awesome release man! There are a LOT of really nice subtle touches in there.
I think this should be posted in the Nintendo Handhelds section.
Also, have you seen this thread? http://chipmusic.org/forums/topic/6819/ tch-books/

I finished up an MSc in European Public Policy in October and it has got me nowhere either.
Good to see some other pretty useless degrees! I have an MFA (Master of *Fine* Arts, haha) in Fiction Writing. Taking classes on writing fiction kind of soured me on writing fiction, so I make music instead. My degree did get me a job, though. I'm a technical writer/editor.

I didn't see this posted here, so I'm taking it upon myself to do so.
"Emptiness Meets Happiness" is 5 tracks of LSDJ bliss. Bubu is an excellent programmer who writes songs that ebb and flow and morph. Check it out.
Hahaha. Yeah, I would read both of those.
Sorry for the delay guys. Noisechannel.org has been migrating server hosts (...or something like that?) I wanted to wait for the site to stabilize before putting the next article up.
And now it's up: http://www.noisechannel.org/posts/5138
This one was written by special guest columnist Cheapshot. Check it out!
Cheapshot has an iPhone patchbook app: http://itunes.apple.com/us/app/lsdj-pat 65867?mt=8
Here's a short one in Googe docs: https://docs.google.com/file/d/14T69TMB edit?pli=1
2xAA hosts one, which is currently being migrated to a new site. Soon it should be here: http://ucollective.org/
And I have a regular LSDJ tip/technique column that usually has patches in it at noisechannel.org. Here's are the available ones: http://www.noisechannel.org/posts/4409

Oh man, sounds like a fun show. I'm 2 hours south in Madison AL, but Tuesday night is no good for me.
Keep me updated about any future coolshows though!
Oh, haha, oops.
This one has more acoustic guitar: http://chipmusic.org/roboctopus/music/i -synth-etc
