can't say i really care either way for myself... but if other people want it then i guess it's a good idea. depends how difficult it would be to do i guess - it might need replacing the player which people are used to and is that worth it??

if chipmusic is a set of tools or instruments, a DAW is either in this set or not in this set.
if it's in the set, all DAW music is chipmusic.
if it's not in the set, no DAW music is chipmusic.
i agree with neither of those statements, so to me, chipmusic can't be just "a set of instruments or tools". SORRY

wouldn't it be great if someone were to make tracks for you and then you could release them under your own name and people would think you were a real chiptuner?
