Can nanoloop 1.5 be used with the USB adapter to backup data to a computer or is that only nanoloop 1.6?

If you're not sure about Live, you can always download the trial, have a play and see how it feels.

I think its well worth the money, but others probably disagree.

I think most people do agree with you here.  Live is great because you can do anything with it.  I have used Live a little bit but haven't bought it.  I was given a copy of Reason 3 and upgraded to Reason 5 and I like that cause of ease of use.  I haven't read about Reason 6 but I heard that you can now record with it.  But like numerous people have said, trials are the best.

Your face logo is similar to one I draw on everything.  I need to learn to make me a rom file like that.

well, you asked why someone might, and we gave some good solid reasons, only one of which you addressed by saying to use two copies of lsdj

Well I'm not saying using piggy is dumb.  You made your points and I agree with them.  I've heard piggy tracks I like.  If OP wants to try piggy, then by all means, go ahead.  I just stated an opinion that apparently was wrong.

Just use 2 LSDJ...  I've heard good piggy tracks. I just don't prefer it.

Why sample LSDJ and import to piggy when you can just use LSDJ?  Personally, I don't like piggy.  I have it on a Dingoo and I never use it.  I don't like sampling.  I'd rather create an instrument and go from there.

use more cowbell

You should tell us what they are and potential release date so we can ready out clicking finger for the purchase.

Just get an EMS cart from kitsch. He mails fast and they're only $40ish.

Done.

I know you already cut a hole where you are putting the cartridge slot but why don't you relocate the cartridge slot right next to the DMG motherboard which will drastically shorten the ribbon cable length?

I wondered about these. Has anyone bought them? I would assume they're dyed, but they look new.

They are dyed with hair dye I believe. They smell a bit weird but they look great.  I just got some.

Just saw that on eBay.  But I have 2 Super Gameboys already so I thought maybe I could just add a link to them.  Might try.

and there dont seem to be big differences in sound

I found there is a difference.  Especially when recording.  For some reason GBC always sounds terrible when I record.  A lot of hiss.  GB Pocket sounds slightly better when I record but not much.  DMG definitely sounds best though.  I write using a Pocket (because of the portability and great battery life) but I only record and do shows with a regular DMG.

That's just from my own experience though. Everyone has a differing opinion.
