Your +5v and clock out are switched

Does it matter if you adjust the clock while turned on, and have you tried starting the gameboy at different pot positions?

Also try putting a resistor on one if the pot pads

Dropped price on SMT LEDs and on pre prosound PCBs. also added green pre prosound PCBs, and a white pcb with gba SP speaker
